Zhejiang Lantian Environmental Protection Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. (FLTCO) is jointly established by Zhejiang Chem-Tech Group Co., Ltd. (Formerly Zhejiang Chemical Industry Research Institute), National Fire Control Project Technology Center, other two companies and four entrepreneurs. As a technology provider for National ODS Alternatives Engineering & Technology Center and Zhejiang Research Center of Fluoro-chemical Engineering & Technology, FLTCO is mainly devoted to the development and production of ozone depleting substitutes in environmental protection industry. It specializes in the production and technology development of halons and their substitutes, substitutes of chlorofluoro hydrocarbon, fluorine paints and resins. Registered in National High-Tech Industry Development Zone, FLTCO possesses four plants and a holding company. More than 60% of its products are for export and has found market in America, Asia and Europe.
